Nursing Aide

About the role

Senior Helpers Honolulu provides compassionate, dependable in-home senior care to families across Oʻahu. We serve communities including Aiea, Pearl City, Mililani, Airport, Moanalua, Salt Lake, Kāneʻohe, Honolulu, Kalihi-Pālama, Ala Moana, Lower Punchbowl, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Ford Island, and Fort Shafter. Our mission is to help seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one care and companionship
• Auxiliary clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Support seniors in maintaining independence and quality of life
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Communicate promptly and professionally with the office team

Qualifications

• Completion of Hawaii state-approved Nursing Assistant training (CNA license preferred)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Ability to safely assist with mobility, transfers, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
