Nursing Adjunct Professor

Bryant & Stratton College is seeking Adjunct Professors for our Nursing Programs. Founded in 1854, we offer real-world education leading to bachelor's, associate's, and professional certificates in healthcare, technology, legal, business, graphic design, and more.

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of nursing courses including Community Critical Care, Fundamental Lab, Geriatrics, Med Surg, Mental Health, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, and Pharmacology.
• Develop and maintain course materials that align with educational objectives and industry standards.
• Participate in curriculum development and review processes.
• Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices and advancements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and student engagement.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience teaching nursing courses at the collegiate level.
• Ability to effectively communicate with students and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Adjunct instructors are expected to teach one or two courses per semester, typically on evenings and weekends.
