We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Remove boilerplate. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: - About Simmons: description of university, mission, etc. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Simmons" is about the institution. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" heading for description of the role? But we have "About Simmons" describing the university. Might be okay to put under "About the role" or maybe we can create a heading "About Simmons"? Not in list but they gave examples; they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Probably they expect those exact headings if content exists. So we need to map content to those headings. We have: - About the role: description of position, responsibilities, etc. Could combine overview. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Coaching, Resource Navigation, Service, Professional Engagement). Those are detailed. - Requirements: maybe qualifications/skills? They have Qualifications/Skills section. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? Could combine. - Skills: maybe separate. - Benefits: mention benefits-eligible, health benefits, retirement savings, flexible hours, remote work. - Pay: salary range .5 FTE $37,000 to $39,000. - Schedule: part-time (0.5 FTE), 10-month contract. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive content: About Simmons: mission, location, history, six-school academic structure, high-value education, diversity, equity, inclusion, etc. This is about the university, not role. But we can put under "About the role"? Might be okay to include as context. However instruction: "About the role" heading likely for role description. But we can still put university description there; it's still substantive. Better: Use "About the role" for overview of position: part-time 0.5 FTE, benefits-eligible 10-month contract faculty position based in School of Nursing & Physical Therapy Bridge & Mentoring Center, supports prelicensure Nursing programs, provides targeted support to high-risk students, etc. That's from the posting. Then "Responsibilities": list of duties broken into categories. Then "Qualifications": Master's degree in nursing required, >5 years experience for Assistant Professor rank, >10 years for Associate Professor rank, experience in nursing education, academic advising, coaching, student success, case management, strong communication, organizational, collaborative skills, demonstrated commitment to clinical and academic excellence, previous teaching at college level preferable, must hold current unrestricted RN license in MA, ability to work with diverse students, creative problem solver. Then "Skills": maybe same as qualifications? Could separate: communication, organizational, collaborative, problem solving, etc. But we already have those in qualifications. Might combine. But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Skills not needed if covered. Benefits: benefits-eligible position, health benefits, retirement savings, flexible hours, remote work opportunities. Pay: salary range .5 FTE $37,000 to $39,000. Schedule: part-time (0.5 FTE), 10-month contract. We should not include "Terms of Service" etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. Let's craft:

Check for any boilerplate: we removed EEO, application instructions, etc. We kept the description of Simmons mission? Not included; we omitted "About Simmons" description. Is that substantive? It's about the university, not the role. The instruction says we can include About the role; we used that for role description. The university description may be considered substantive but not required. However they said preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The Simmons description is substantive about the employer. Should we include it? Possibly under About the role? But we already used that heading for role description. Could we add another paragraph under About the role that includes the university description? That would be mixing but still under same heading. That's acceptable: we can include both role overview and university description under About the role. Let's add a second paragraph after the role description about Simmons. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: first role overview, second about Simmons university. Let's craft:

About the role

This part-time (0.5 FTE), benefits-eligible 10-month contract faculty position is based in the School of Nursing & Physical Therapy Bridge & Mentoring Center and primarily supports the prelicensure Nursing programs by providing targeted support to high‑risk students facing academic challenges (including low exam scores, course failures, and program readmission). Simmons University, located in Boston's historic Fenway area, has a strong tradition of empowering women and challenging traditional gender roles. Founded for equality 125 years ago as one of the first higher education institutions dedicated to helping women become leaders, Simmons now offers Boston's only women's undergraduate program and graduate programs open to all. The university recently launched a six‑school academic structure that leverages expert faculty and longstanding expertise in professions that strengthen communities, and continues to highlight its high‑value education proposition delivering greater ROI to students and putting them on the fast track to career growth and success. Simmons values diversity, equity, and inclusion and encourages applications from all under‑represented groups.

That preserves the substantive info. Now check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed "Terms of Service", "Application Instructions", "Instructions to Applicants", "EEO", etc. We kept "Benefits-eligible position." Good. We kept "Salary Range: .5 FTE salary of $37,000 to $39,000". We turned into pay. We kept "This is a benefits-eligible position." Already in benefits. We kept "Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, education, skills, equity, and external market benchmarks that help guide compensation decisions." That's substantive but maybe we should include? It's about pay determination. Could add to Pay section as a sentence. But instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could add a sentence under Pay about compensation determination. Similarly, we have "Our compensation philosophy is centered around a comprehensive package that includes pay, health benefits, and retirement savings offerings that can be seen here, as well as work-life balance initiatives such as flexible hours and remote work opportunities." That's also substantive about benefits and pay. Could incorporate into Benefits and Pay. But we already have benefits and pay sections; we could add those details. Let's augment: Pay section: include salary range and note that actual compensation based on experience, education, skills, equity, external market benchmarks. Benefits section: include health benefits, retirement savings, flexible hours, remote work opportunities, and mention comprehensive package. We must not invent; we just restate. Let's update. Pay:
