Nursery Team Member

About the role

Part-time, seasonal Nursery team member position at our Lititz Pike Home and Garden location. This role offers flexible scheduling with open availability required between 8am–7pm, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and thanking customers with a smile
• Stock sales floor and set/sign displays
• Assist in opening and/or closing the department
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and well-supplied department
• Perform other duties as assigned based on company or department needs

• Positive attitude and attentiveness to customers and coworkers
• Willingness to learn and work well with others
• Dedication and care in all tasks
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions
