About the role

Partou Rosendale Road Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Senior Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the setting.

Responsibilities

• Work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Lead and inspire your team, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
• Build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Prominent experience leading a team in an early years setting
• Passion for early years education
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development

Salary £35,921 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus
