Nursery Deputy Manager - Norwood

Partou Chapel House Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner for the full-time, permanent role of Nursery Deputy Manager. You will support the Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting, ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
• Build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education and confidence in supporting children’s development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Pay

£33,904 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
