About the role
Average of 2-5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily clinical operations of a long-term care unit
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete resident assessments and oversee care planning
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Assist with admissions and clinical problem-solving
- Provide direct resident care as needed, including occasional medication administration and taking a medication cart to support the team during staffing needs or busy periods
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

Pay
$40-$45 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, with an on-call rotation required.
