About the role

The RN for Developmental Services works collaboratively with team members to ensure the health and safety of individuals served by Community Partners. Duties include training non-licensed staff in medication administration and healthcare coordination, conducting quality assurance reviews, and preparing for audits and certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Train non-licensed staff in the administration of medications and healthcare coordination
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews at agency sites
  • Help prepare for audits and certifications

Requirements

  • Current NH RN license in good standing
  • At least two years of nursing experience
  • Experience in developmental disabilities and/or mental health (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize technology provided to perform job requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage
