Nurse Technician - Staffing

About the Role

The Nursing Technician provides basic patient care by assisting with treatment and daily needs under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support licensed nurses in implementing care plans.
• Perform basic clinical tasks and document patient information accurately.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or a graduate of a professional nursing program (RN), with successful coursework in Medical/Surgical Nursing and Fundamentals of Nursing & Skills.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $14.80 to $22.18 per hour, with potential for additional incentives.
