The Nurse Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within our healthcare facility. Working closely with the Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals, the Nurse Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and support to nursing personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating nursing activities, addressing staffing needs, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all clients are treated with dignity and respect per Gaudenzia's treatment model.
- Coordinate the timely counseling of clients on Disease Concepts of Addiction, HIV/AIDS, nutrition, medication education, infectious diseases, mental health, etc.
- Ensure that nursing staff are following required documentation guidelines within the timeframe
