Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Day Shift

About the role

Directs assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant. Provides and oversees nursing care, implementing hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Maintains approved standards of patient care, collaborating with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license is required.
• Certified BLS before date of hire.
• Certified ACLS or completion in first 6 months of employment.
• CRRN is required after meeting eligibility requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Two (2) or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• One (1) or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program is preferred.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
