About the role
Bella Terra Wheeling is searching for a Part Time Nurse Supervisor to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. Responsibilities
- Managing operations of your assigned unit
- Ensuring our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit
- Providing guidance and education to clinical staff
- Assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
- Ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained
- Ensuring adequate staffing for our resident's needs
Qualifications
- Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- C.P.R. Certification
- Two (2) years of R.N. experience
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit
- Five (5) years of R.N. experience
