Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Aid in instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Maintain established infection prevention practices.
• Ensure adequate staffing for resident needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• C.P.R. Certification.
• Two (2) years of R.N. experience.
• Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit is preferable but not required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of R.N. experience.
