Nurse Supervisor II - Cluster 2 – O’Berry Neuro-Medical Treatment Center
About the role
The Nurse Supervisor II position coordinates and supervises campus-wide nursing care activities for an entire shift, serving as the primary facility representative. The role oversees multiple units with similar resident needs, exercises high-level clinical decision-making, and manages after-hours or weekend on-call rotations.
Responsibilities

- Reviews employee work
- Contributes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Solves minor employee relations or disciplinary issues

Salary Grade Range: $77,076 - $127,175
A Sign-on bonus of $10,000 may be offered to the successful applicant (s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.
Qualifications
Knowledge of laws, rules and regulations governing the provision of nursing care and knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to independently plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Ability to lead a team; skill in delegation and making assignments.
Ability to guide and counsel subordinate staff and provide feedback and advice/counsel to nursing staff on care rendered to patients.

Preferred skills include:
