About the Role
As a Nurse Supervisor, you will lead nursing staff, oversee patient care during rehabilitation, and ensure the implementation of personalized care programs and procedures. You will serve as a liaison between administration, management, and staff, while also engaging directly in patient care to foster meaningful recovery relationships.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff performance and provide on-the-spot feedback
- Conduct staff evaluations and manage discipline
- Oversee patient care during rehabilitation
- Implement personalized care programs and procedures
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification (ACLS and CRRN within specified timeframes)
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Prior leadership experience
