Nurse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership across hospital units during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate patient flow, staffing, and bed placement to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
• Serve as a clinical resource, support nurses with complex cases, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Enforce hospital policies and promote a culture of compassion and teamwork.
• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in an acute care setting.
