About the role
We are seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care in a rehabilitation setting. This role involves developing and implementing patient care programs, supervising staff, ensuring adherence to policies, and building strong patient relationships. You will act as a liaison between administration and nursing teams, manage staff performance, and participate in patient care when needed.

Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification (ACLS and CRRN preferred within specified timeframes)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Prior leadership experience such as charge nurse
