Nurse-RN Telehealth (On Site - NOT Remote)

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborates with bedside RN to assess patients and document patient medical history.
• Affords assistance in developing the plan of care.
• Affords assistance in documenting the plan of care.
• Collaborates with bedside RN to provide patient, family, and/or significant other health teaching/education.
• Participates in activities designed to improve health care delivery.
• Communicates/collaborates with others in providing patient care.
• Maintains patient confidentiality while following HIPAA guidelines at all times.
• Provides clinical leadership.
• Supports lifelong learning.

Experience Description

• Minimum Required: 6 months of RN experience
• Preferred/Desired: 1 year of RN experience
