Help support the student’s health, safety, and well-being while creating a positive and supportive school experience. Position Overview Provide one-on-one nursing care to a preschool student throughout the school day, ensuring the student’s health, safety, and well-being. Monitor the student’s medical needs, including diabetes management, and respond appropriately to changes in health status or medical emergencies. Administer medications, provide first aid, and perform nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and school health protocols. Collaborate with school staff and families to support the student’s medical needs and maintain accurate health documentation. Qualifications Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Nursing Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License Current American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Certification Knowledge of pediatric nursing and pediatric diabetes management required; experience caring for school-aged children preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
