Responsibilities

- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans - Monitor resident condition and respond to care needs - Document care and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary team - Help maintain a calm, safe environment for residents - Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

Requirements

- Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota - Strong communication and teamwork skills - A compassionate, resident-centered approach - Senior living experience is a plus, but not required
