Responsibilities
- Providing 1-on-1 Patient Care with personalized attention
- Following Care Plans to ensure the highest quality of nursing care
- Monitoring Patient Conditions and Maintaining Accurate Patient Charts
- Assisting with Daily Activities to enhance the patient's quality of life
Requirements
- An Active LPN or RN License
- A positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to multi-task
