About the Role
Join our team as a charge nurse leader at a state-of-the-art, skilled nursing facility. This position provides direct care to patients and oversees nurse aides, ensuring excellent care delivery on the nursing units. The role focuses on meeting the needs of residents, their families, and nursing staff during the care process.
We are currently hiring for Full Time, Part Time, and PRN positions on both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the responsibility for total patient care within the nursing unit and manage unit operations
- Provide direct nursing care to patients
- Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or Director of Nursing (DON)
- Supervise and assume responsibility for the actions and care delivered by nurse associates, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- Administer medication and treatments per physician orders
- Instruct and observe care implementation based on physician/clinician orders or standard practices
- Assist and direct in the admission and discharge process of patients
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license
- Maintain licensure (including CE requirements) and CPR certification
- Sincere desire to work with the elderly and enjoy direct interaction with residents, staff, and families
- Strong organizational skills and follow-up in patient care situations
