Nurse / RN / ACTT
About the role
RHA Health Services is seeking a Nurse / RN / ACTT type position. This role involves supporting and providing services to individuals with behavioral health challenges in the community. The position requires a Registered Nursing License and may involve additional behavioral health services depending on the specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Follows the supports and services outlined in the recipient’s Crisis Plan.
- Attends and participates in Person Centered Plan (PCP) meetings to develop and implement plans as needed.
- Maintains oversight and provides nursing care and services to individuals with behavioral health challenges.
- Monitors individuals and takes appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications.
- Aids in assessing learning needs and carrying out teaching as required.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.
- Valid drivers license and personal vehicle insurance coverage.

Schedule
The schedule for this position will be determined based on the needs of the team and the individuals served.
Qualifications
Must be able to lift 20 lbs., lift a minimum of 40 lbs., pull a minimum of 25 lbs., squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop. Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Must be able to stand and walk regularly. Must demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing, and lifting.
Skills
Proficiency in CPR, ability to lift heavy objects, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus available for Full Time positions.
