About the role

The RN, ACT at Diversus Health is responsible for providing clinical assessment, treatment planning, and direct patient care within the Adult Crisis Team (ACT).

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication management and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient interactions and progress in electronic health records.
• Participate in ongoing education and training related to mental health care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
• At least one year of acute care nursing experience.
• Experience working with adult psychiatric populations.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
