Nurse Residency Program Winter Cohort (Waterman)

About the role

The 2026 Winter Cohort starts in February. Full-time positions are available on various units including Medical/Surgical Specialty, PCU Critical Care, Emergency Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients and families
• Participate in ongoing education and skill development
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
