Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- A degree in nursing from an accredited school (CCNE or ACEN preferred), with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Graduating in the next year or having graduated within the past three years.
- A current Florida RN license, which must be obtained prior to the licensure deadline.
- A current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- A professional resume.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to patient care.
Skills
Effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) is beneficial.

$31.53 - $52.24 per hour.
