About the role
This position offers an opportunity for new graduates or nurses with less than one year of experience to develop their skills through a structured 9-month Nurse Residency Program. The program includes extended orientation, shadowing, focused education, and an evidence-based project to promote long-term success.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as per state requirements
