Join a comprehensive Emergency Department Nurse Residency Program designed for newly licensed RNs passionate about emergency medicine. As a Level I RN, you'll deliver direct patient care, support team collaboration, and contribute to improving patient outcomes under supervision. Your role involves utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices within a structured environment.

Requirements

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state
• 0-6 months of clinical experience
• Current CPR certification

Preferred: BSN degree.

Pay

$39.25 to $40.25 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, with flexible shifts covering days, evenings, and nights.
