This position offers an opportunity for new graduates or nurses with less than one year of experience to develop their skills through a structured 9-month Nurse Residency Program.
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate, individualized care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and families
- Emphasizing patient recovery and effective communication
- Celebrating patient milestones
Qualifications
- Valid RN license as per state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
