About the role
Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks a licensed nurse for a part-time position in their Medically Assisted Treatment program, Operation Recovery, based in Price, Utah.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications to patients
- Delivering medications to patients at partner sites
- Performing vitals and medical assessments
- Conducting blood draws on patients
- Working closely with medical and mental health staff to coordinate patient care
Requirements
- Valid Utah LPN or RN license
- Availability 3-4 days/week, with some flexibility in scheduling and rotating weekends
- Maintain confidentiality as an essential job requirement
Qualifications
- At least $27.55/hr with LPN, or at least $31.93/hr with RN
- Salary depends on experience and licensure
