About The Opportunity

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and clinically confident Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their Detroit, Michigan team providing wound care and dermatologic services within a structured outpatient PACE clinic environment serving senior populations. This is a provider-focused opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule, established patient flow, strong clinical support, and the ability to make a meaningful impact caring for medically complex geriatric patients.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform comprehensive wound and skin assessments
  • Develop and manage individualized wound treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing wound care management and follow-up care
  • Perform procedures within scope of practice including:
    • Debridement
    • Compression wrapping
    • Wound dressing applications
    • Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (Wound VAC)
  • Perform dermatologic and skin integrity evaluations
  • Identify and manage common skin conditions and chronic wound concerns
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Educate caregivers and staff on wound prevention and treatment strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  • Travel locally between clinic locations within the Detroit market as needed
