Responsibilities
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary and chronic care management services to residents in long-term care communities. You will conduct thorough assessments, engage in meaningful patient interactions, and make high-quality clinical decisions, typically seeing approximately 20 patient visits per day.
Qualifications
- Current or eligible Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, skilled nursing, family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care is preferred but not required

Pay
Compensation up to $125,000 annually with a total compensation package of approximately $133,000–$150,000+ per year.
