Nurse Practitioner-TMCOne-Urology

TMCOne is seeking a motivated and patient-centered Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding urology team. This full-time, outpatient position involves managing a broad spectrum of urologic conditions in collaboration with board-certified urologists. The provider will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care and education to adult patients with a wide range of urologic conditions in a team-based environment. The ideal candidate will have experience or advanced training in Urology, although highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage adult patients with common urologic concerns, including:Urolithiasis (Kidney and bladder stones)Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)Urologic Oncology (Prostate, Kidney, Bladder Cancer)Erectile dysfunction (ED)Urinary incontinencePerform minor office procedures, including:Catheter placements and exchanges (Foley, suprapubic, intermittent)Uroflowmetry and bladder scanningPost-void residual assessmentsConduct follow-ups, patient education, and care coordinationReview labs, imaging, and patient messages; collaborate closely with supervising urologistsOptional opportunity to assist in the operating room and/or hospital setting for interested candidatesNo call coverage or weekend responsibilities Qualifications Current Arizona license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner The ideal candidate will have experience or advanced training in Urology, although highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to applyComfortable with office-based procedures or willing to trainStrong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skillsExcited to work in a team-based care model with urologists, RNs, and medical assistants (MAs) Work Schedule & Setting Outpatient clini c only – core duties will take place in-officeFull-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMno weekend expectations
