Nurse Practitioner (Sleep Medicine) - Integrated Sleep Medicine - Saginaw, MI

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our busy and growing sleep medicine practice serving four clinic locations: Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, and Mt. Pleasant. This is an in-person, outpatient-only role with no evening or weekend call responsibilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about sleep medicine and committed to providing high-quality care to patients with sleep-related disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Diagnose and manage sleep disorders, including:
  • Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)
  • Narcolepsy
  • Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)
  • Insomnia
• Review patient medical histories
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including CPAP therapy and medications
• Educate patients on sleep health, treatment compliance, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff across locations
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (Michigan)
• Board certification required
• Prior experience in sleep medicine preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations
