About the role

Responsibilities
- Treating both pediatric and adult patient populations
- Performing minor procedures such as sutures, casts, splints, preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays
- Collaborating with a team of Rad Techs, Medical Assistants, and other healthcare professionals
- Participating in ongoing professional development through CME programs
- Ensuring patient satisfaction and quality measures are met
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioners: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting
- Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification (AANC or AANP)
- Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification
- Comfortable with minor procedures, preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays
Qualifications
- Master’s degree and appropriate certification (Nurse Practitioner must have AANC or AANP, Physician Assistant must have NCCPA Certification)
- Minimum 18 months of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting
- Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations

Pay
Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates Plus Daily Volume Bonus: Paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift. Quarterly Bonus: Up to 5% of clinical base salary based on customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.
Schedule
Hours vary depending on location and department needs, but typically include weekends and evenings.
