About the role

We're seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the St. Louis, Missouri and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art centers.

Responsibilities

• Treating both pediatric and adult patient populations
• Comfortable with minor procedures such as sutures, casts, splints, preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays
• Master’s degree and appropriate certification required for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Part of a collaborative team including Rad Techs, highly trained Medical Assistants, and other providers
• Working in modern, state-of-the-art centers equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced EMR integrated with Mercy (Epic)
• Ensuring effortless, personal, and connected experiences for patients, communities, and team members

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting
• Comfortable with minor procedures, preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required

Pay

• Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates
• Daily Volume Bonus: Paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to 5% of clinical base salary based on customer satisfaction scores and quality measures
