About the role

The Section of Endocrinology at Boston Medical Center is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Section of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Nutrition and Weight Management in the Department of Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the diabetes care team, in a hybrid role, working in both the inpatient and outpatient diabetes care settings.
• Provide a mixture of inpatient consultative and longitudinal care and ambulatory clinic sessions that may include telemedicine sessions, in our specialty diabetes clinic.

Requirements

• Eligibility for NP licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Experience in the field of endocrinology and specialty diabetes care preferred.

Nurse practitioners in our department receive faculty appointments at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, with opportunities to teach and participate in research initiatives.
