About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Clinical Manager to lead our clinical operations within our partner senior living communities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing clinical teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the clinical operations within senior living communities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of clinical staff, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve clinical processes and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular assessments of clinical performance and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical management role, preferably in long-term care or senior living environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate clinical teams.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of geriatric care principles and best practices.
