About the role
At Thyme Care, we are seeking a Nurse Practitioner – Quality, Training & Enablement to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on strengthening the skills and knowledge of our Nurse Practitioner (NP) team, ensuring they deliver care aligned with our standards of excellence, empathy, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead live and asynchronous onboarding training for new Nurse Practitioners, ensuring they are fully prepared to deliver care aligned with Thyme Care’s standards.
- Design and oversee ongoing longitudinal training for Nurse Practitioners, providing continuous education and reinforcement of evolving best practices.
- Auditing clinical documentation and workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency, and translating insights into targeted training, mentorship, and coaching.
- Oversee quality assurance for the NP team, analyzing findings to identify trends and gaps and implementing improvements.
Requirements
- Masters in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Education or DNP preferred.
- Active APRN license with national certification (FNP/AGNP) in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality and training, with a focus on oncology and/or palliative care.
- Strategic program design, Learning Management System optimization and administration, quality management, leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled QA and training platforms and leading technology adoption across organizations is highly valued.

Benefits
Thyme Care offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $160,000, with individual pay decisions based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Other benefits include equity, benefits, and opportunities at Thyme Care.
Pay
The base salary for this role is $150,000 - $160,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level.
