MedFirst Family Medicine is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its primary care team in the San Antonio area at our Schertz location. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established outpatient practice focused on providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life. The role offers a collaborative environment with strong clinical support and an emphasis on continuity of care.
About the Role
- Full-time outpatient primary care role
- Monday–Friday schedule along normal business hours with no nights, no weekends, and no call
- Manage patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care and chronic disease management
- Consistent weekday schedule promoting work-life balance
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services per collaborative agreement and/or state requirements
Requirements
- Master’s-prepared Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner
- Current, unrestricted license, certification, or registration to practice as required by state law and facility bylaws (RNP License)
- Additional certification(s) as required by governing board
