About the Role
Full-time advanced practice provider in a high-volume emergency department, responsible for patient assessment, diagnostics, treatment, medication prescription, documentation, patient education, referrals, and supporting research.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical exams
- Order and interpret tests
- Develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications
- Maintain medical records
- Educate patients and families on health issues
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Arkansas licensure and national certification
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience
- CPR certification
