Emergency Department Physician Assistant

Role Overview Deliver direct diagnostic and therapeutic care in the emergency department as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Assess and triage patients to prioritize care.Obtain comprehensive medical histories and perform physical examinations.Review and order diagnostic tests; interpret results to inform treatment.Develop, implement, and manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians.Perform medical procedures and prescribe medications within established guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in emergency patient assessment and care delivery.Strong knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.Strong communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
