About the role

AgeRight Clinical Services (ACS) is transforming health care delivery and improving health outcomes for seniors in various settings including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. As a Clinician with ACS, you will work alongside a team of dedicated Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Associates to provide compassionate, holistic care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Work in a facility-based environment, exercising clinical skills in an evolving setting.
• Build relationships with patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Oregon state license, or ability to obtain.
• New Grads with experience in long-term care encouraged to apply.
