Job Summary

QuadMed is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Naples, FL. The position offers a practice focused on quality of care and a work-life balance.

Job Requirements

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
