We are seeking a PRN/FLEX Nurse Practitioner with licensure in MN and DEA certification to provide palliative care services.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate comprehensive, individualized palliative care plans
- Provide diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow‑up under medical supervision
- Ensure ethical and clinical excellence in patient care
Qualifications and Skills
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
- Minimum two years of Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably in palliative or hospice care
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
- Proficiency with EMR software and electronic navigation
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed
Licenses and Certifications
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and active DEA license
- Collaborative agreement with supervising physician
- Part B Provider certification; ACHPN preferred
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
