We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team inthe West Region of Indiana. Position Details Full-time36 hours/3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)Rotating weekends and holidaysClinic hours are 8am-8pmNo call100% outpatientAges 3 months and upServices offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicalsCovers 3 clinic locations: West Side Lafayette Urgent Care, South Side Lafayette Urgent Care, and occasionally the Monticello Walk-In Clinic Qualifications FNP or PA certification requiredAt least 1 year of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine as an APP requiredMust obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire IU Health offers a value-based compensation package that includes: group insurance (health, dental, life, disability), 401k with company match, generous PTO, CME allowance/time off, relocation assistance, and malpractice insurance coverage.
