Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine (Arnett & White Memorial Hospital)

About the role

We are seeking a patient focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our highly collaborative Emergency Medicine team in Lafayette and Monticello, IN.

Position details

• Full-time
• Shifts will either be 10a-10p or 2p-2a at Arnett Hospital or 11am-9pm at White Hospital
• Avg. 2 weekends off per month
• Team includes 21 physicians and 9 APPs
• Time split between Arnett Hospital and White Memorial Hospital

Responsibilities

• Work independently in different areas of the Emergency Department including triage and main department
• Provide emergency medicine and observation medicine care for patients of all ages and presentations in a demanding, collaborative environment, with varied acuity
• ER procedures
• Focused on compassionate care, team, purpose, and excellence in an ever-evolving clinical arena

Qualifications

• ACNP, FNP or PA certification required
• Open to new graduates
• Emergency medicine or critical care background NP/PA background preferred
