About the role
Mercy is seeking a PRN Advanced Practitioner to join the Emergency Department at Mercy Hospital Stoddard. The team consists of physicians, advanced practitioners, and engaged support staff focused on quality patient care. The role involves serving 15–20 patients per shift in the Emergency Department, primarily ESI levels 3, 4, and 5, using the system-wide Epic EMR.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for 15–20 Emergency Department patients per shift (ESI levels 3, 4, 5)
- Utilize system-wide Epic EMR for documentation and orders
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff
Requirements
- Previous Emergency Room experience preferred
Schedule
- PRN position (weekdays)
- Possible weekend coverage
- Shift hours: 11:00 am – 11:00 pm
