Responsibilities

• Care for adult patients with nonmalignant hematological conditions.
• Order and interpret appropriate tests.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic benign hematologic conditions.
• Provide patient education.

Qualifications

• Masters prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Minnesota RN license and certification as a FNP, ANP or ACNP.
• DNP preferred.
• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice.
• Eligible for DEA registration.
• BLS certification required.
