Responsibilities
- First assist in the CVOR
- Provide support in the clinic, see consults, follow-ups, patient calls, and questions
- Manage/round on post-op patients in the ICU and step-down units
- See new hospital consults and order appropriate pre-surgical workups
Requirements
Experience in Vein and Radial Harvesting, CV surgery, and CV recovery is preferred. Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7a-3p. Weekend, call, and holiday requirements apply.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited program in advanced practice nursing or related field. Current licensure as an advanced practice nurse in Missouri. ACLS certification required. BLS certification required.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency with Epic EMR.
